A Notification of Faculties is notification of approval for visiting clergy to practice their ministry in The Diocese of Pueblo.

Following the receipt of a proper Testimony of Suitability regarding a clergy member from outside of The Diocese of Pueblo traveling to The Diocese of Pueblo and wishing to exercise their ministry, a letter of Notification of Faculties is prepared indicating their suitability. A copy of this letter is sent to the receiving parish, diocese and clergy member indicating such.
